You say you’re a Renewed Man? An ALTARed Man? Then prove it in the waiting.
Waiting on God doesn’t mean doing nothing. It means doing the right things even when nothing seems to be happening. It’s not quitting. It’s not coasting. It’s trusting. It’s training. It’s working the soil when you don’t see the rain yet.
Like a farmer, plant in prayer, water with obedience, and pull the weeds of doubt. Real growth is invisible before it’s unstoppable.
But how do you know when God’s telling you to wait?
Let’s break it down.
🔹 If fear is holding you back, it’s not waiting. That’s disobedience.
🔹 If the door is wide open and you’re hesitating, that’s doubt, not discernment.
🔹 But if you’re obeying, seeking, and the way is still unclear, that’s a God ordained wait.
A Renewed Man doesn’t force his way forward or freeze in fear. He moves with wisdom. He listens. He watches. He waits, but he waits with purpose.
If God says wait, you do it like a man who’s expecting a breakthrough.
🔹Stay in the Word until it breaks your patterns.
🔹Serve in secret before you’re seen in public.
🔹Pray harder when the silence gets louder.
🔹Build inner strength so the next season doesn’t break you.
Waiting isn’t the enemy. Rushing is.
God’s not late. He’s lining it all up. And if you’re wise, you’ll get ready before it shows up.
PRAYER:
Father, train me to wait like a man who trusts You. Give me eyes to see what You’re doing underground, even when the surface looks still. Make me strong in the waiting. Ready. Focused. Obedient. Amen.
CHALLENGE:
Ask this and don’t sugarcoat it.
“Lord, am I really waiting on You or are You waiting on me to obey?”
Write down what He reveals. Then move. Either get to work in the field or walk through the open door.
Renewed men don’t waste the wait. They build in it.
