better look like your Prayer List!

It’s very simple, Brother… Your To-Do list had better look like your Prayer List!

🛐 PRAYER: “God, heal my marriage.”
✅ TO-DO LIST:

  • Apologize first, even if she’s not ready to receive it.

  • Cancel the solo plans. Plan a night with her. No phones. Just presence.

  • Initiate prayer over your wife out loud. Even if your voice shakes.

🛐 PRAYER: “Lord, I want to be a better father.”
✅ TO-DO LIST:

  • Write your kids a short note. Put it on their mirror or in their backpack.

  • Turn off the TV tonight. Play cards. Sit on the porch. Listen.

  • Tell them one thing you’re proud of them for today.

🛐 PRAYER: “God, I need financial breakthrough.”
✅ TO-DO LIST:

  • Cancel that subscription you don’t use.

  • Cook instead of eating out this week.

  • Tithe what you can. Trust God with the rest.

  • Make one call today about a side hustle or skill-based job.

🛐 PRAYER: “God, give me peace in this storm.”
✅ TO-DO LIST:

  • Turn off the news for 24 hours.

  • Spend 15 minutes in Psalms. Let it soak in.

  • Go for a walk. No podcast. Just silence and prayer.

  • Text a brother in Christ and ask him to pray with you today.

🛐 PRAYER: “God, help me break free from this addiction.”
✅ TO-DO LIST:

  • Delete the app. Block the site. Ditch the bottle. Now.

  • Confess to a brother. Ask for accountability.

  • Replace that hour of temptation with action—workout, read, serve.

  • Start tracking your victories. Every day you win, write it down.

🛐 PRAYER: “God, I want to know my purpose.”
✅ TO-DO LIST:

  • Read Proverbs 1. Ask God for wisdom.

  • Make a list of your God-given skills and passions.

  • Serve somewhere this week: a church, a shelter, or a friend in need.

  • Write your testimony in one paragraph. Watch how clarity comes.

🛐 PRAYER: “God, please heal my brother who’s sick.”
✅ TO-DO LIST:

  • Show up at his house. Sit with him. Pray with him.

  • Mow his grass. Take him a meal. Text his wife and ask what they need.

  • Add his name to a prayer chain. Make sure someone’s praying every day.

  • Speak life when you talk to him. No pity, speak hope and healing.

🛐 PRAYER: “Lord, my friend is going through it. Help him.”
✅ TO-DO LIST:

  • Call him. Not a text. Not a meme. A real call.

  • Don’t just ask how he’s doing. Ask what’s really going on.

  • Take him to lunch. Listen. Pay for it. Don’t let him talk you out of it.

  • Offer prayer right there in the parking lot if needed.

🛐 PRAYER: “God, bring my prodigal child home.”
✅ TO-DO LIST:

  • Write them a handwritten letter. One without guilt. One with love.

  • Stop preaching. Start modeling. Let them see the peace in your life.

  • Fast for them. Skip a meal and use that time to cry out for their return.

  • Speak their name in prayer every single day, as if it’s already done.

🛐 PRAYER: “God, help my wife through her grief/depression.”
✅ TO-DO LIST:

  • Be patient. Listen without fixing. Let her cry. Let her feel.

  • Take her hand and pray. Even when it’s awkward.

  • Write a short love note. Put it where she’ll find it: mirror, car, purse.

  • Set the tone in the home. Be the thermostat. Calm. Steady. Loving.

🛐 PRAYER: “God, please restore that broken friendship.”
✅ TO-DO LIST:

  • Be the first to say, “I miss you.”

  • Own your part without dragging theirs into it.

  • Invite them to coffee, a walk, or just time together.

  • Pray for them, not just about them. Let God soften both hearts.

🛐 PRAYER: “Lord, protect my son/daughter at college or in the military.”
✅ TO-DO LIST:

  • Send a message reminding them who they are and Who they belong to.

  • Mail a care package. Doesn’t have to be big, just intentional.

  • Pray Psalm 91 over them every night. Let angels guard them.

  • Speak life to them. Not fear. Not stress. Just truth.

🛐 PRAYER: “God, use me.”
✅ TO-DO LIST:

  • Stop waiting for a stage. Serve where you are.

  • Speak encouragement to one person today.

  • Volunteer. Step up in church, the community, or a neighbor’s yard.

  • Live as if the Gospel is urgent, because it is.
